こんばんは、気になる内容だったのでロバート・ウッドヘッドさんに直接メールで問い合わせてみました。以下内容を原文ママコピペ致します。
まず1通目、
Your English is far better than my Japanese, so there is no need to apologize!
I don't remember the meaning of SEG PO'LE but I will ask Andrew Greenberg if he remembers.
Best,
Robert

2通目,
Andrew says it is a reference to a friend and (IIRC) one of the Wizardry playtesters, Sam Pottle
アンドリュー氏と交流があったんですね、驚きです。これが質問の回答文だと思います。
そして、お礼のメールとこちらの掲示板に乗せて良いかを質問後、3通目が届きました。
No problem.
Andy sent me some more information.
Sam Pottle was a member of WARG, the Wizardry Advanced Research Group, which was the design/playtesting team Andy ran. He helped write Wizardry III.
Andy is not sure but he thinks the S.E.G. part may have been added somehow when Wizardry was translated into Japanese.
Several of the members of WARG appear in the games; DELF is Robert Del Favero for example.
Please tell the people in the bulletin board I said hello and that I am glad they enjoy playing the game.
以上です、最後の文に私は感激致しました。これからもWizを愛していきたいですねw
